The workshops/seminars are offered by JP researchers and design engineers in the field of Photonics, opto-electronics and Photonics Integrated circuits. Such workshops bring research/ industry knowledge and expertise to the classroom.

JP workshops/seminars are underpinned by field of research and engineering projects, thus ensuring to pass on the knowledge to the upcoming engineers, scientists and researchers.

Training & Workshops Highlights:

• Practical approach to learning is the best way to understanding of concepts. Workshop programs are designed in such a way to deliver a complete hands-on approach to the participants in Photonics and related disciplines.

• The workshop content lays adequate importance to theoretical foundations, judiciously hand- holding the hands-on approach. This allows the training content to be customized according to the background of the participating group.

• Each participant is provided with a personal mini-laboratory .This mini laboratory has required set of hardware tools , optical  & electronic measuring equipments  along with optical components, electronic components, controllers, cameras & fiber optic modules.  This will allow each and every participant to have the freedom of exploring, experimenting and innovating with light. This Personal Mini Laboratory will be property of the participant.

• Bringing participants close to the industry standards with CAD based design software tool like Phoenix used by researchers and design engineers in the field of Photonics.

 JP is very passionate in creating awareness and at the same time provides quality training for young minds. JP envisages a very close knowledge sharing relationship with academic institutes and universities. It also aims to motivate young people to take up research and development as a career and play important role in building futuristic technology in India.
